Face of Leonardo da Vinci
– The Story of Knights Templars
Unique exhibition under the name Face of Leonardo da Vinci – The Story of Knights Templars will take place in renaissance interiors of Zbiroh Castle between 13th of January – 18th May 2012.

Special project in whole Europe area will introduce recently discovered painting of Leonardo da Vinci´s face from renaissance period and also objects from 12th to 14th century connected with existence of Knights Templars. Most of the exhibits from Italian collections will be presented outside of Italian borders for the first time in history. Moreover they will be completed by exquisite and not well-known objects from Czech and Moravian museums which are concerned with Templars operating in our area.
At the time of the exhibition it will be exactly 700 years from closing down of the order. Among others, the exhibition is prepared in cooperation with representatives of Italian order of Knights Templars. During the exhibition will take place colorful educational and playful accompanying program, which will address visitors of all age categories.
Entrance fee:
Adult ticket 290 CZK , 180 CZK students and seniors, 120 CZK children under 15, family ticket (2 adults and 2 children) 700 CZK. Price of preferential ticket which will be available only on place is 580 CZK.
