June and September / Open daily in July and August
To fully enjoy all the attractions and activities at the castle—including the rope adventure park, game centre, minigolf, and various outdoor experiences—we recommend setting aside a full day or even a weekend. If time is of the essence, we suggest allocating at least 3 hours to explore the enchanting castle tour, savor the traditional Tafelspitz in the Tavern, and wander through the picturesque English park. This way, you can experience the key highlights and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Zbiroh Castle, even during a brief visit.

Visitors can use the car park located within the castle grounds. A parking fee of CZK 50 per day applies during July and August. In June and September, parking is only charged on weekends.
Zbiroh Castle is part of a popular cycling route through the Křivoklát Highlands. Please leave your bicycles in the designated areas. Currently, there are no charging facilities for electric bikes.
Zbiroh Castle is accessible to visitors with reduced mobility. You can drive directly to the castle, and guided tours are accessible via a lift from the hotel, which also features a ramp leading to the reception. An accessible toilet is available upon request and can be reached through the accessible Tavern. The entrance to the Tavern is via a courtyard covered with small gravel. A short route through the park is also wheelchair-accessible, allowing you to enjoy the castle gardens without barriers. Tickets are available at the ticket office, which can be accessed via stairs. If you need assistance, please feel free to call us, and we will be happy to bring the tickets to you.
Dogs on a lead are welcome at Zbiroh Castle! You can bring them into the courtyard and on guided tours, provided they are carried in a bag. While on the castle grounds, pets must remain on a lead at all times. There is no admission fee for pets.
