For an even more private experience, we offer the option of a secluded dinner in one of our stylish lounges, perfect for romantic evenings or celebrating special occasions.

- Special three-course gala menu:
- Confit duck breast with raspberry remoulade
- Sous-vide pork roulade with rocket mashed potatoes, creamy wild mushrooms, and wine demi-glace
